HMD Skyline 2 Tipped to Arrive in July; Two More Devices in Pipeline
HMD is expected to launch the successor to the Skyline smartphone soon, dubbed -- HMD Skyline 2. While there is no official word regarding the same, the latest info has shared the launch timeline of the upcoming HMD Skyline 2.
HMD Skyline 2 Launch Timeline Tipped
According to a post shared by HMD_MEME's (@smashx_60), the HMD Skyline 2 will be launched in July this year, which is exactly one year after the HMD Skyline model launched.

In another post, the same tipster said HMD might also release two more phones soon - the Skyline 2GT and the Fusion 2. Since HMD hasn't officially confirmed the names or details of these phones, it's better to take it with a pinch of salt.
HMD Skyline 2: What to Expect?
The post didn't mention any other details about the next-gen Skyline 2 smartphone. We expect it will also come with Gen2 repairability like its predecessor, allowing users to repair it with just one screw to pop open the back cover.
To recall, the HMD Skyline was launched with a 6.55-inch (1080 x 2400 pixels) FHD+ pOLED display that supports a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 1000 nits brightness, and the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB of onboard storage.
For imaging, there is a 108MP rear camera with OIS and EIS support, an 13MP Ultra-wide camera and a 50MP telephoto camera. Upfront, the HMD Skyline opts for a 50MP autofocus selfie camera. The handset has a Custom Button, allowing users to set up personal shortcuts for quick access to their favorite apps, navigation, or even an AI-powered assistant. It also packs a 4600 mAh battery with 33W wired charging, 15W wireless charging, and 5W reverse wireless charging.
