Honor 400, Honor 400 Pro with Snapdragon Chips, 200MP Main Camera, 120Hz OLED Display Launched
Honor has unveiled the Honor 400 and Honor 400 Pro smartphones at an event in Paris, France. These devices are now available for global markets. The Honor 400 features a 6.55-inch FHD+ OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, while the Pro version boasts a larger 6.7-inch screen with similar specifications.
The Honor 400 series is equipped with impressive camera capabilities. Both models feature a 200MP main camera with a large sensor and dual stabilisation. Additionally, they include a 12MP ultra-wide camera with macro functionality. The Pro model offers a 50MP telephoto lens capable of up to 50x zoom, whereas the standard model provides up to 30x zoom using its main camera.

Advanced Features and Specifications
Running on Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0, these phones promise six years of updates. They also offer AI-powered features like AI Editing and AI Image to Video from Google Cloud, enhancing user experience by preserving vibrant live moments for easy sharing or editing on social platforms.
The Honor 400 series is powered by robust processors. The standard model uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, while the Pro version is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Both models support dual SIM functionality and come with substantial storage options ranging from 256GB to 512GB.
Battery and Charging Capabilities
Battery life is another highlight of these devices. The Honor 400 includes a silicon-carbon battery that supports fast charging at 66W, reaching up to 44% in just fifteen minutes. Meanwhile, the Pro model offers even faster charging at 100W, achieving up to half charge in the same time frame and supports wireless charging at 50W.
The Honor 400's design incorporates an in-display fingerprint sensor and infrared sensor for added convenience. It measures approximately 156.5 x 74.6 x 7.3mm and weighs around 184g, making it compact yet powerful.
Connectivity and Durability
Both models provide extensive connectivity options including support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB Type-C, NFC, and dual VoLTE capabilities. The Pro version also supports Wi-Fi standards up to Wi-Fi 7 for enhanced connectivity.

The Honor devices are built to withstand various environmental conditions; the standard model is dust and splash resistant (IP65), while the Pro version offers higher protection levels (IP68+IP69), ensuring durability in challenging conditions.
Pricing and Availability
The Honor 400 is available in Desert Gold, Lunar Grey, and Midnight Black colours. Pricing starts at £399.99 or €499 for the variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage; the higher storage option costs £449 or €549. The Pro model comes in Lunar Grey and Midnight Black colours priced at £699.99 or €799 for its single variant offering. These smartphones are now available for purchase across Europe including the UK market.
