Honor has introduced its latest smartphones, the Honor 500 Pro and Honor 500, in China. These devices come in four colours and offer up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. The Honor 500 Pro uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, while the Honor 500 features the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. Both models include an 8,000mAh battery and run on MagicOS 10, based on Android 16.

Honor 500 Series Pricing

The Honor 500 Pro is priced at CNY 3,599 (around Rs. 45,000) for the 12GB + 256GB model. The higher variants-12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB-cost CNY 3,899 (approx. Rs. 48,000), CNY 4,199 (approx. Rs. 51,000), and CNY 4,799 (approx. Rs. 60,000), respectively.

The standard Honor 500 starts at CNY 2,699 (roughly Rs. 33,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant. The 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 512GB versions are priced at CNY 2,999 (around Rs. 36,000) and CNY 3,299 (around Rs. 41,000), respectively.

Both the Honor 500 Pro and Honor 500 come in four colour options: Aquamarine, Starlight Powder, Obsidian Black, and Moonlight Silver.

Honor 500 Pro Specifications

The Honor 500 Pro is a dual SIM (Nano+Nano) smartphone running MagicOS 10 (Android 16). It features a 6.55-inch full-HD+ LTPO OLED display (1,264×2,736 pixels) with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 460ppi, and 6,000 nits peak brightness.

The rear camera setup includes a 200MP main, 50MP telephoto, and 12MP ultrawide with macro mode and autofocus. For selfies, there's a 50MP front camera and a 3D depth sensor. It is rated IP68, IP69, and IP69K for dust and water resistance.

The Honor 500 shares its SIM, software, display, and IP ratings with the Honor 500 Pro. Powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor and Adreno 825 GPU, it offers up to 16GB of RAM and a maximum of 16GB storage.

On the back, you'll find a dual camera setup: a 200-megapixel wide-angle lens paired with a 12-megapixel macro shooter that supports autofocus. The front houses a 50-megapixel selfie camera.

Connectivity and sensors are the same as those found in the Honor 500 Pro. The device includes an 8,000mAh battery that supports 80W wired fast charging and 27W reverse wired charging. Its dimensions are 155.8 x 74.2 x 7.75 mm, and it weighs 198 grams.
