Reportedly the Honor 7X will be launched in two variants, carrying the model numbers BND-AL10 and BND-TL10. The one appearing on Geekbench is codenamed as "Huawei BND-AL10". While the Geekbench listing has not revealed much about the upcoming smartphone, the TENAA listing contains all the specifications of the Honor 7X.
Let's find out what have we come to know about the Honor 7X. It is powered by an octa-core 2.36 GHz Kirin 659 chipset, which is the slightly upgraded version of Kirin 658 SoC. The smartphone is listed with 4GB RAM on both Geekbench and TENAA. According to the TENAA listing, the Honor 7X will offer 128GB of internal storage. The storage space can be expanded up to 256GB with the use of a microSD card.
However, the rumor mill suggests, the smartphone will be launched in more than one memory variants. As such, there is said to be one 3 GB of RAM + 32 GB of ROM variant and another 4 GB of RAM + 64 GB of ROM model. Going by the TENAA listing, we think there wouldn't be a 3GB version of the smartphone.
Display-wise, the handset sports a 5.93-inch display that will deliver an FHD+ resolution of 2,160×1,080 pixels. This means the Honor 7X's display features an aspect ratio of 18:9. The TENAA listing further reveals the smartphone will be available in color options like Black, Gold, and Blue.
Whereas the Geekbench has revealed that the Honor 7X will come with a 3,240mAh battery and Android 7.0 Nougat OS topped with Emotion UI skin. Other than that, the smartphone houses a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Coming to the photography aspect, the upcoming phone is likely to feature a rear dual camera setup with a 16MP main sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. For selfie camera, the Honor 7X is said to feature an 8MP sensor.
