Honor Tech has officially announced the release date for the Honor 90 5G in India. The arrival of the Honor 90 5G will mark the comeback of the brand in the country.

To recall, the company unveiled the Honor 90 5G and Honor 90 Pro 5G in China earlier this year. However, as of now, only the vanilla Honor 90 5G will be launching in India.

The Honor 90 5G launch date in India is set for September 14 at 12:30 pm (IST). Moreover, the Honor 90 5G sale in India will take place on Amazon following its launch.

According to recent reports, the Honor 90 5G price in India will fall between Rs 30,000 and Rs 40,000. Considering the version of the Honor 90 5G arriving in India is the same as its Chinese counterpart, the specifications of the device are already readily available.

The Honor 90 5G will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It will pack a 5,000 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. The Honor 90 5G will run Android 13-based MagicOS 7.1 out of the box.

The device will sport a 6.7-inch 1.5K Curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel boasts a peak brightness of 1,600 nits and features a TUV Rheinland flicker-free certification, a DXOMARK Display rating of 140 and the DXOMARK 2023 Gold Display certification.

The Honor 90 5G is expected to feature a triple-rear camera setup with a 200 MP sensor at the helm. The main camera is accompanied by a 12 MP ultrawide lens and 2 MP depth sensor. Up front, the Honor 90 5G is expected to get a 50 MP selfie shooter. Additionally, it will come in Black, Silver, and Green colour options.
