Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design Launched with Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, 200MP Periscope Camera, IP69 Rating
The Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design has been introduced in China as the third model in the Magic 7 series. This flagship smartphone is equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Edition chipset and features a robust 5,850mAh battery. It supports both wired and wireless charging. The device's design draws inspiration from iconic Porsche cars, featuring a triple rear camera setup that includes a 200-megapixel telephoto lens.
Available in Agate Gray and Provence Purple, the Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design is priced at CNY 7,999 (approximately Rs. 93,000) for the 16GB+512GB variant. The higher-end model with 24GB RAM and 1TB storage costs CNY 8,999 (around Rs. 1,05,000). The phone boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

The Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design operates on Android 15-based MagicOS 9.0. It features a 6.8-inch Full-HD+ LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 1,280 x 2,800 pixels. The screen offers up to a 120Hz refresh rate and a pixel density of 453ppi. It can achieve a global peak brightness of up to 1,600 nits and is capable of delivering HDR peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits.
The phone's design incorporates classic Porsche elements with an iconic hexagonal structure. It has received the Swiss SGS multi-scenario gold label five-star certification for glass scratch and drop resistance. Its Glory King Kong Giant Rhino Glass coating is claimed to be ten times more scratch-resistant and drop-resistant compared to ordinary glass.

For photography enthusiasts, the Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design offers a triple rear camera system. This includes a primary sensor of 50 megapixels with variable aperture and OIS support. Additionally, it features a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a powerful 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera capable of up to 100x digital zoom and 3x optical zoom.
