    Honor has gained its fan base by launching a smartphone at a reasonable price with a good design and hardware quality recently. As per the recent report, the company is planning to launch Honor Note 8 on August 1st on Beijing, China at Huawei Exhibition Centre.

    In a way of confirming this, the company has teased the launch event on it official Weibo account today. If the report is right, this Honor Note 8 smartphone will be sold exclusively in China.

    Talking about the specifications, the purported Honor Note 8 is expected to sport a 6.6-inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 or 2K.

    It is also reported to be powered by a Kirin 950 SoC clocked at 2.5 GHzn under the hood. Also, there might be a possibility of launching a higher end version -- Kirin 955 SoC under the hood. In terms of storage, this smartphone is expected to come in two variants -- 3GB RAM/ 32GB inbuilt storage and 4GB RAM/64GB inbuilt memory under the hood.

    As for as imaging factor, the Honor Note 8 might come with 13MP rear camera and 8MP front camera. The smartphone is also expected to pack a massive 4,400 mAh battery that has fast charging capabilities and will be charged via its Type-C port.
