Honor’s upcoming quad-setup camera smartphone to sport a glass unibody design
Honor is expected to launch the upcoming camera centric smartphone later this month in the Indian market
Honor, the e-brand of Huawei is soon going to announce a new camera centric smartphone for masses. The camera focused handset will have four cameras on-board, two at front and two at back panel to create depth of field effect in the images you capture.
The company yesterday informed about the quad-lens camera setup and has today released some more information on the upcoming handset.
Honor has now revealed that new smartphone will sport a glass unibody, similar to what has been seen in Honor 8 and Honor 9 smartphones.
Huawei says that the next camera centric smartphone is tailor-made for the selfie lovers and will come with dual front cameras. The smartphone will fight the likes of selfie centric handsets from OPPO and Vivo which are largely selling in sub Rs. 20,000 price segment.
We are expecting Huawei to price the handset under Rs. 18,000 in the Indian market.
Besides the quad-lens camera setup and glass unibody, Huawei hasn't shared any concrete information related to specifications of the upcoming handset. We are expecting to see a taller 18:9 aspect ratio screen, Kirin CPU, sleek metal design and a capable hardware with the upcoming Honor handset.
The smartphone can be an Amazon exclusive and might run the latest Android 8.0 Oreo with Huawei' in-house EMUI 8.0 running over it.
