Honor X9b Launched in India with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, 120Hz Display: Check Price, Specs, Offers

Honor just dropped its second smartphone in India since its return to the market in September 2023. The Honor X9b follows the launch of the Honor 90 5G as the second smartphone from HTECH in India.

One of the biggest highlights of the Honor X9b is its ultra-durable screen. The Honor X9b features an Ultra-Bounce Anti-Drop Display, offering 360° anti-drop resistance and cutting-edge cushioning technology. The company says the screen on the Honor X9b won't crack easily.

Honor X9b Price, Availability, Offers in India

The Honor X9b price in India is set at Rs 25,999 for the sole 8GB/256GB model. The Honor X9b is offered in Sunrise Orange and Midnight Black, with the former opting for a vegan leather finish. The Honor X9b sale in India will start on February 16 at 12 noon via Amazon and several retail stores across the country.

Customers who purchase the Honor X9b using an ICICI Bank credit card will get an instant discount of Rs 3,000. Moreover, Honor is also offering an exchange bonus of Rs 5,000, although customers will have to choose between the bank or exchange offer.

Honor X9b Specifications

The Honor X9b is powered by the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset with the Adreno A710 GPU. The handset features 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Honor X9b runs Android 13-based MagicOS 7.2 and brings several AI-powered features.

The Honor X9b sports a 6.78-inch Curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution (1200 x 2652 pixels). The panel gets a 120Hz refresh rate, a pixel density of 429 PPI, and 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut coverage. It also features 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and a peak brightness of 1,200 nits.

For optics, the Honor X9b features a 108 MP primary sensor with an f/1.75 aperture, a 5 MP ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 2 MP macro unit. Up front, the Honor X9b also opts for a 16 MP selfie camera. The phone will pack a 5,800 mAh battery with 35W fast charging support.
