HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM with Octa-Core CPU, 13MP Camera Announced in India

Following the launch of One A9, HTC also officially pulled the wraps of another smartphone under its very own Desire series. Dubbed as Desire 828 Dual SIM, this device was initially launched in China earlier this month.

Moving on, the HTC Desire 828 flaunts a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753 64-bit processor with Mali-T760 GPU besides 2GB RAM under the hood.

The HTC Desire 828 comes with 16GB of built-in memory, with an expandable option of up to 2TB via microSD card slot. In terms of software, this mid-range device is shipped with Android 5.1 Lollipop with HTC Sense UI on top.

However, on the imaging factor, the Desire 828 features a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, BSI sensor, OIS, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, 1080p video recording, Ultrapixel front-facing camera for selfies. Sense UI.

Also, it is featured with HTC BoomSound, Dual frontal stereo speakers with built-in amplifiers, Dolby Audio. Meanwhile, it has usual connectivity option such as 4G LTE Cat.4 / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n (2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS / A-GPS + GLONASS.

The above hardware is powered by a 2800mAh battery under the hood. The HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM comes in White Pearl and Phantom Grey colors. As of now, we dont have any information about the pricing and availability. We are expecting it in the upcoming days.
