Huawei Event Liveblog: Honor 7 Launching in India Today!

Chinese smartphone maker, Huawei to hold the launch event of Honor smartphone today at 11:00Am in Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi.

The invite says "Welcome. Walk In To The House of 7 Senses".

Huawei to officially announce its latest offering - Honor 7 smartphone in the Indian market, which was launched in some of the European countries back in August.

Huawei launched Honor as an independent smartphone brand to target the internet savvy consumers and mobile generation. The Honor sub-brand is a digital brand that follows the online retail model in order to reach the masses.

Key Specifications of Honor 7

Huawei Honor 7, sports a 5.2-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by a Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 935 processor (4xA53 2.2GHz + 4xA53 1.5GHz) with Mali-T628 MP4 GPU besides 3GB RAM under the hood and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop on top of Emotion UI 3.1.

It device comes with 16GB / 64GB of inbuilt memory, with an expandable option of up to 128GB via microSD card. Talking about the camera front, Honor 7 features a 20MP camera with Sony IMX230 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 6P lenses and dual-tone LED flash, 8MP front-facing camera, f/2.0 aperture, BSI Sensor, LED flash.
