Huawei has silently launched P9 Lite Mini in the market: Price, features and more

Huawei had launched the Huawei P9 smartphone back in April 2016. However, the company is continuing to launch new iterations of the smartphone. And as we say this, the company has yet again quietly launched another variant of the P9 smartphone in Hungary.

Dubbed as Huawei P9 Lite Mini, this model is a mid-range device and basically, comes with toned down features compared to the regular P9 Lite. The Chinese handset maker has not yet officially introduced the P9 Lite Mini, but it looks like a retailer in Hungary will be selling the dual-SIM version of the smartphone for €190 (approximately Rs. 14,550) beginning late August.

Huawei P9 lite Mini comes with a 5-inch HD display with (720p) resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor which is further paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage.

As for the optics, the phone sports a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera. At the front, there is a 5-megapixel selfie camera and an LED flash. Huawei P9 Lite Mini is backed by a 3020mAh battery and it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 skin on top. The Huawei P9 Lite Mini has a sleek metal body measuring 8.05mm in thickness.

A report of Telefonguru notes that Huawei P9 Lite Mini will most likely go on sale at the end of this month, and will be available in silver, black, and gold color options. This device will also be dual-SIM device but a single-SIM model will reportedly be launched later this fall.

However, as of now, it remains unclear whether the company will launch the device in other markets also but it is expected that the smartphone will be made available outside Hungary as well.
