Huawei Honor 5X Launch On January 28: Expected Specs, Price And Availability Details

Huawei's e-brand Honor is all set to launch its specs-heavy smartphone, the Honor 5X in India. The Honor 5X smartphone was unveiled at CES 2016 in Las Vegas that concluded early this month. The phone is loaded with specifications and features, including metal design and fingerprint scanner, and is expected to be priced aggressively to make a dent in the market.

The Honor 5X boasts metal chassis with design elements picked from the company's global flagship, the Honor 7 smartphone. It has a similar diamond-polished aluminum alloy casing that give the phone a premium look and feel, even at a lower price point.

The phone will come with a 5.5-inch FHD display with 1920x1080p resolution and is powered by a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage.

In the camera department, the Honor 5X will boast a 13MP rear snapper with the company's patented SmartImage 3.0 processor for better photography in dim light conditions.

As far as its price and availability is concerned, the phone is expected to be a priced as a mid-ranger. Speaking of availability, Honor might sell the 5X smartphone via flash sale model on Flipkart.
