Huawei to launch new affordable smartphones
Chinese telecommunications equipment company Huawei will launch at least four smartphones in the Indian affordable segment on Monday, sources said.
The mid-segment smartphone market in India has always been a favoured market segment for smartphone makers and the new launches will ensure that the already-heated segment will face more competition as handset-makers look to chew away more market share.

Huawei has sold 50 million phones in the first half of 2015 globally and is targeting total smartphone sales of 100 million in 2015.
The company has partnered with two distributors for a total 500 stores to push for sales in key cities like Delhi, Benguluru and Chennai along with other cities in the southern region.
