Huawei Mate 10's camera samples released hours before launch

Huawei is all set to launch its flagship Mate 10 series today. While we are expecting the unveiling of four smartphones, Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro have received most of the attention.

With hours left until the launch, camera samples of the Huawei Mate 10 have appeared online. Notably, these are not leaked images, Huawei's product manager Mr. Bruce Lee have uploaded them on Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo. The images are captured in various settings, some in low-light conditions, whereas some are taken outdoors in bright sunlight.

The first thing we have noticed in the images is the excellent color reproduction. Well, it doesn't surprise us though. We say this as the Huawei Mate 10 is equipped with a Leica-branded dual camera setup on its back. The camera setup is likely to be a combination of 20MP+23MP.

The camera department is expected to be one of the most highlighted aspects of the Mate 10. And, Huawei is trying to create more hype by releasing the camera samples just hours before the launch. You can see all the camera samples here.

Apart from the camera, the Huawei Mate 10 is said to pack some powerful features. The company's VP had earlier said that the smartphone will give competition to Apple's iPhone X.

As per the information, we have obtained so far, the handset will be powered by an in-house Kirin 970 processor. For those who are not aware, the Kirin 970 chipset has built-in AI in it.

The Mate 10 is speculated to launch in different memory variants carrying 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB of RAM.
