Huawei Mate 8 Reportedly Said to Launch on September 2: What Specs to Expect?
According to a latest teaser launched by the company is seems like they are planning to launch the Mate 8 on the 2nd of September. The teaser originally in Chinese states that the device ‘will bring users the taste of flagship of flagships'. Rather cheesy statement to be honest but let's see what the device is supposed to pack inside.

The web is flooded with leaks and renders of the next gen Huawei Nexus device. Building the Nexus in collaboration of Google has really given the company as hell lot of publicity. There are also rumours that the Nexus would carry some design cues from the Huawei Mate 8. But personally I doubt these as Google wouldn't certainly want their Nexus device look like a Huawei flagship!

Suing the September launch it's now clear that the Chinese company will be launching the device at the IFA event in Berlin. Nevertheless the device is supposed to pack the company's own Kirin 950. On the front would a 6 inch Quad HD (2560x1440) display and a 8MP front snapper. The back would be the 20.7MP camera probably with a Sony sensor. There would be a fingerprint sensor too just below it.
So far it seems that two versions of the device will be launched - Huawei followed the same strategy with their Honor 7. The variants would pack a 32GB (storage)/3GB (RAM) and 64GB (storage)/4GB (RAM) respectively. Not much details regarding the battery is known as of yet. But considering the Huawei Mate lineage (Huawei Mate 7 came with 4100mah) I don't think the company would skimp in this regard.
