Huawei has an irregular naming strategy when it comes to launching smartphones outside China. Just to recall the Chinese handset maker launched Mate 10 Lite in China and later launched it as Huawei Nova 2i in Malaysia. Similarly, the company unveiled Huawei Maimang 6 as Honor 9i in India. And just recently we heard news from a reliable tipster that Huawei Enjoy 7S which was launched last month would be rebranded as Huawei P Smart for consumers outside China.

While speculations are still going on about this case, the alleged price tag of the upcoming full-screen device Huawei P Smart has now been leaked online. According to reports or rumors as we would like to put it, Huawei will likely launch the smartphone in Germany before any other European countries. Furthermore, the rumor suggests that the device will come with a price tag of 249 euros (roughly Rs. 19,073).

However, the price seems to be on the higher side compared to the Chinese pricing of Huawei Enjoy 7S. Currently in China, the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant is priced at CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs. 14,540) and the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant is priced at CNY 1,699 (roughly Rs. 16,480).

Meanwhile, the handset is expected to be launched by the end of January. Apart from this, the manufacturer is yet to reveal the phone's itinerary as to which markets will get to the Huawei P Smart. But we might not have many things to expect from this device because as noted above it will be a rebranded version of Enjoy 7S.

As far as the specifications go, Huawei Enjoy 7S or Huawei P Smart as it will be called, most probably is coming with a 5.65-inch fullHD+ display having an 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by Huawei's in-house octa-core Kirin 659 processor running at 2.36 GHz. The device is available in two RAM and storage versions and it includes a 3GB RAM + 32GB of native storage variant and a 4GB of RAM + 64GB of native storage model. The internal storage can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD.

Talking about the cameras, the handset is equipped with dual 13MP+ 2MP rear cameras along with LED flash. Up front, there is an 8MP camera for selfies and video calls. The device is backed by a 3000mAh battery and it runs on Android 8.0 out of the box with Huawei's EMUI 8.0 skin on top.

The dual-SIM smartphone offers connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and GLONASS. Sensors onboard include a Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, and Ambient light sensor. It measures 150.10 x 72.05 x 7.45 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 143.00 grams.
