Huawei P10 Plus in Bright Black color launched
To recall, the Huawei P10 Plus was unveiled back in February at the MWC 2017.
Huawei has just launched a new color variant of its P10 Plus. The new color, which can be referred as Bright Black, gives the smartphone a glossy look.
At the time of the launch, it was announced that the Huawei P10 Plus will be available in colors like Arctic White, Prestige Gold, Greenery, Dazzling Blue, Graphite Black, Dazzling Gold, Rose Gold and Moonlight Silver. The difference between the Graphite Black variant and this new Bright Black variant is the texture. The former has a matte finish.
To recall, the Huawei P10 Plus was unveiled back in February at the MWC 2017. The smartphone boasts of a 5.5-inch QHD display with the pixel density of 1440p. The screen is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for providing better protection.
Under its hood, the Huawei device is powered by an in-house Octa-core Hisilicon Kirin 960 processor running at 2.3GHz and topped with Mali-G71 MP8 GPU. There are two memory variants of the smartphone.
The standard one features 4GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage space. While the higher version comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The storage space can be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card on both the models.
The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat topped with Emotion UI 5.0. On the optics front, the Huawei P10 Plus adorns a 20MP and a 12MP dual-lens Leica rear camera optics with dual-LED flash, PDAF, HDR, and 4K video recording. Up front, there is an 8MP Leica selfie camera with support for FHD 1080p video recording.
The Huawei P10 Plus packs a large 3,750mAh battery to keep the lights on. As for connectivity, it was the world's first 4.5G LTE smartphone enabling strong connectivity.
The new Bright Black variant of the Huawei P10 Plus is going on sale in China from today onwards at 4,888 Yuan (approximately Rs. 47,000). Currently, there is no word on the international availability of this variant. As soon as we get more information, we will let you know.
