Huawei P20 Pro featuring 19:9 Aspect Ratio Display might be announced soon
The Huawei P20 Pro runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and will feature 6.0 inches IPS LCD display which is rumored to be of 19:9 aspect ratio.
Huawei the tech giant is planning to take a leap in the display segment by announcing Huawei P20 Pro with long 19:9 aspect ratio display. The year 2017 and the beginning of 2018 have seen a significant rise in the use 18:9 bezel less display in many of the smartphones. However with this move Huawei plans on ruling the display segment of smartphones, we are looking forward for the Huawei P20 Pro launch to clear all the rumors.
Now a day's most of the midrange segment and the high price rage segment smartphones feature the 18:9 bezel less display including OnePlus 5T, Samsung Galaxy s8, Galaxy S+ and the recently launched Samsung Galaxy A8 and Galaxy A8+.
It is being reported that the Huawei P20 Pro has been tested on HTML5 and the device has a model number Huawei ANE-LX1. Huawei P20 Pro will be shipped with Android Oreo 8.0 straight out of the box and when it comes to display the device might support 1080 x 2280 pixels resolution which eventually provides 19:9 aspect ratio display.
Huawei is yet to make any comments on what the device will be called. However as per some reports on gizmochina Huawei is reportedly ordering 19:9 display panels from Synaptics. It is also being reported that the Huawei ANE-LX1 could be named as P20 pro.
