Alcatel Idol 5S
The Alcatel Idol 5S and the US based Idol 5S are not the same models. While there are some similarities, they have some key differences as well.
The newly launched Idol 5S is powered by a MediaTek Helio P20 processor and it sports a different design to the US version featuring a Snapdragon 625 SoC.
Besides this, the smartphone flaunts a 5.2-inch IPS LCD display with the resolution of 1080p. As for optics, the Idol 5S uses a 12MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP selfie shooter.
Other goodies in the package include 3GB of RAM and a 2,850mAh battery.
The Alcatel Idol 5S is priced at €399.99 (roughly, Rs. 30,000).

Alcatel A7 XL
As the name suggests, the Alcatel A7 XL comes with a 6-inch IPS LCD display with the resolution density of 1080p. In addition, there is a large 4,000mAh battery under its hood.
The smartphone makes use of an Octa-core MediaTek MT6750S processor paired with 3GB of RAM.
On the optics front, the A7 XL features a vertically arranged rear dual camera setup comprised of a 12MP main sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor that gives a software blur effect for portrait shots. Likewise, there is a 5MP front camera.

While there is no dual camera, the Alcatel A7 boasts of a 16MP main camera. It is also backed up by a 4,000mAh battery. However, the battery is more powerful as the smartphone comes with a smaller 5.5-inch 1080p display.
