Infinix GT 20 Pro Launched with MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, 144Hz AMOLED Display, Dedicated Gaming Chip

Infinix has officially dropped a new phone in its GT series. The Infinix GT 20 Pro features the same gaming-themed aesthetics as its predecessor, the GT 10 Pro.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro arrives with a MediaTek chipset, a 144Hz AMOLED display, a quad-camera setup, a large battery, and dual stereo speakers. The Infinix GT 20 Pro also boasts a cyber mecha design with RBG mini-LEDs that are customizable.

Infinix GT 20 Pro Pricing, Availability

The Infinix GT 20 Pro price is set at SAR 1,299 (roughly Rs 28,900) for the 12GB/256GB model. As of now, the Infinix GT 20 Pro is available for pre-order in Saudi Arabia and will go on sale in the country on May 1.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro is offered in Mecha Blue, Mecha Orange, and Mecha Silver color options. Infinix is yet to provide details about the GT 20 Pro's availability in India, but it will likely be unveiled in the country next month.

Infinix GT 20 Pro Specifications

The Infinix GT 20 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultra SoC paired with the Mali-G610 GPU. The handset comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Infinix GT 20 Pro also comes with a 78% larger VC cooling area than its predecessor. The handset also packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

The handset sports a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. The panel boasts a 144Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, and 2304Hz PWM dimming. The phone also comes with the Pixelworks X5 Turbo Gaming Display chip that uses MEMC and Game Optical Optimization technology to achieve 120fps in games. For optics,

The device runs Android 14 with a bloat-free version of XOS 14 on top. Infinix promises two major Android OS updates and three years of software updates with the GT 20 Pro. For optics, the Infinix GT 20 Pro features a 108 MP Samsung HM6 sensor with OIS support, a 2 MP depth sensor, and a 2 MP macro unit.

Up front, there's a 32 MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The Infinix GT 20 Pro has stereo speakers tuned by JBL and an in-display fingerprint reader.
