Infinix GT 20 Pro with MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultimate SoC Launched in India: Price, Specs, Offers

Infinix has officially launched the GT 20 Pro in India. The Infinix GT 20 Pro is the latest mid-range smartphone from the brand and brings a major focus on performance.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro features a MediaTek chipset, an AMOLED display, a dedicated chip for gaming, a triple-camera setup, a large battery, and a gaming-inspired Cyber Mecha design.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro price in India starts at Rs 24,999 for the base 8GB/256GB model, while the 12GB/256GB variant will set you back Rs 26,999. The Infinix GT 20 Pro is offered in Mecha Blue, Mecha Orange, and Mecha Silver color options.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro will go on sale in India through Flipkart starting May 28 at 12 noon IST. Customers who purchase the Infinix GT 20 Pro using ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and SBI cards can get an instant discount of Rs 2,000. Infinix is also offering a free gaming kit worth Rs 5,499 with the GT 20 Pro.

Infinix GT 20 Pro Specifications

The Infinix GT 20 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200- Ultimate chipset paired with the Pixelworks X5 Turbo Gaming Display chip. The Pixelworks chip uses MEMC and Game Optical Optimization technology to achieve 120fps in games. The phone comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The GT 20 Pro sports a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. The panel boasts a 144Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, and 2304Hz PWM dimming. The phone also packs stereo speakers with DTS sound tuned by JBL. It packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

For optics, the GT 20 Pro boasts a triple-cameras setup with a 108 MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, AF, and OIS. The main camera is paired with a 2 MP macro unit and a 2 MP depth sensor. Up front, there's a 32 MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro runs Android 14 with a clean version of XOS 14 on top, which is generally bloat-free. Infinix promises two years of Android OS updates and three years of regular security patches with the GT 20 Pro. The GT 20 Pro's Cyber Mech design features a Mecha Loop LED interface, and a turbine blade pattern.
