Infinix GT 30 Pro Launch Date Confirmed: Key Features and Specifications Teased
Infinix is set to introduce the GT 30 Pro next week, as confirmed by a social media post from Transsion Holdings' subsidiary on Wednesday. This new model will follow the Infinix GT 20 Pro, which debuted in India last year. While specific details about the GT 30 Pro remain undisclosed, it is confirmed to be a gaming-centric device.
The Infinix GT 30 Pro is expected to feature a 144Hz AMOLED display and may operate on the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate chipset. The launch event for this device will occur in Malaysia on May 21 at 3:00 pm local time (12:30 pm IST). The event will be broadcast live on Infinix's official Facebook and TikTok pages.

Infinix GT 30 Pro Specifications
According to recent leaks, the Infinix GT 30 Pro might sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 144Hz. It is anticipated to include RGB lighting elements. The phone could run on a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate SoC, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
The device is rumoured to come pre-installed with Android 15, featuring the XOS 15 skin. For photography, it may house a dual rear camera setup with a primary sensor of 108 megapixels supporting optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an additional 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. A front-facing camera of 13 megapixels is also expected.
Infinix GT 30 Pro Additional Features
The Infinix GT 30 Pro is likely equipped with a substantial battery capacity of 5,500mAh, supporting fast charging at up to 67W via wired connection. To enhance gaming experiences, capacitive shoulder triggers are anticipated for improved response times during gameplay.
In addition to the smartphone, Infinix may also unveil the new XPad GT gaming tablet and GT Buds at the same event. This aligns with their strategy as they continue their partnership as the official gaming smartphone partner for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Malaysia's latest season.
Infinix GT 30 Pro vs GT 20 Pro
The predecessor, Infinix GT 20 Pro, was launched in India in May last year with an initial price of Rs. 22,999. It featured notable specifications such as a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate SoC, a battery capacity of 5,000mAh, a rear camera unit of 108 megapixels, support for fast charging at up to 45W, and a full-HD+ LTPS AMOLED display measuring 6.78 inches.
The teaser images for the upcoming launch carry the tagline "Carry Like A Pro," confirming that the Infinix GT 30 Pro will utilise a MediaTek chipset. As anticipation builds around this release, consumers are eager to see how it compares to its predecessor and what new features it brings to the table.
