Infinix GT 50 Pro Key Specifications Tipped Ahead of Launch: Could Feature Dimensity 8400 Ultimate SoC

The upcoming Infinix GT 50 Pro has popped up again, just weeks after it surfaced on Geekbench. This time, a new report from PassionateGeekz sheds light on what the phone might look like and the hardware it could ship with.

Infinix GT 50 Pro Key Specifications Tipped Ahead of Launch

As with earlier sightings, none of this is official yet. But taken together, the details paint a fairly clear picture of the direction Infinix seems to be taking with its next GT-series phone.

A Familiar Gaming-Inspired Look

The GT series has always leaned into a gaming-focused identity, and the GT 50 Pro appears to stick closely to that formula. The leaked design shows a back panel with a diagonal weave pattern that resembles carbon fiber. There are also green LED elements at the bottom, shaped like claws, which reinforce that gaming aesthetic.

It’s a bold look, and one that clearly isn’t trying to blend in with more understated flagship designs.

AMOLED Display With High Refresh Rate

On the front, the GT 50 Pro is tipped to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The panel is said to support a 144Hz refresh rate and slim bezels on all sides.

Dimensity 8400 Ultimate And Familiar Benchmark Scores

Under the hood, the GT 50 Pro is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate. The leak suggests the phone could come with 12GB of RAM, along with 256GB and 512GB storage options.

This aligns with what showed up earlier on Geekbench, where the device reportedly scored 1,612 points in the single-core test and 6,686 points in the multi-core test. Those numbers place it comfortably in the upper mid-range, without trying to compete directly with flagship silicon.

Quad Cameras With A 50MP Main Sensor

Camera hardware appears to be fairly ambitious on paper. The GT 50 Pro is rumored to include a quad-camera setup, led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization and a 0.8µm pixel size.

That’s said to be joined by an 8MP ultra-wide camera and another 8MP sensor, along with dual flash modules. On the front, the phone could feature a 13MP camera for selfies and video calls.

As always, real-world performance will matter more than sensor counts, but the setup suggests Infinix isn’t treating the camera as an afterthought.

Big Battery, Plenty Of Charging Options

Battery capacity is another area where the GT 50 Pro seems to be leaning big. The phone is tipped to either pack a 6,500mAh single-cell battery or a 6,150mAh dual-cell configuration.

Charging support, if accurate, looks well-rounded. The leak mentions 45W wired fast charging, 30W wireless charging, 10W wired reverse charging, and 5W wireless reverse charging. That’s a lot of flexibility, especially at this segment.

What Happens Next

Infinix hasn’t officially revealed anything about the GT 50 Pro yet. Still, with benchmark listings and detailed leaks now doing the rounds, an announcement doesn’t feel too far off.
