Infinix Hot 40i Entry-Level Smartphone Launching in India Soon: What to Expect!

Infinix is gearing up to unveil a new smartphone in India soon. The Infinix Hot 40i is arriving in India this month alongside an 8GB/128GB model of the Infinix Smart 8.

To recall, the Infinix Hot 40i was unveiled in Saudi Arabia back in November 2023. In India, the Infinix Hot 40i will likely debut in the country's sub-10K smartphone segment.

Infinix Hot 40i Launching in India Soon

According to a report by 91mobiles Hindi, the Infinix Hot 40i will go on sale in India in the first half of February 2024. We can expect an official announcement to take place soon.

The Infinix Hot 40i is expected to go on sale through Flipkart after its launch in the country. The handset is said to be offered in 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB configurations. The Infinix Hot 40i is offered in Horizon Gold, Palm Blue, Starlit Black, and Starfall Green shades.

Infinix Hot 40i Specifications

The Infinix Hot 40i boasts a 6.56-inch HD+ LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage. Additionally, up to 8GB of unused storage can be utilized as virtual RAM.

The Infinix Hot 40i packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W wired charging support. The Infinix Hot 40i features a dual-camera setup on the back with a 50 MP primary sensor and an unnamed secondary shooter. Up front, there's a 32 MP selfie camera. The handset ships with Android 13 out of the box.
