Infinix has confirmed that the Hot 50 5G will launch in India on September 5. The company recently unveiled the design and key features of the device. Additionally, Infinix has hinted at the price range and availability details for the handset.

Earlier reports suggested that this smartphone might debut alongside other variants like the Infinix Hot 50 4G, Hot 50 Pro, Hot 50 Pro+, and Hot 50i. However, Infinix has not disclosed information about these other models.

The Infinix Hot 50 5G is touted as the slimmest 5G smartphone in its category. This category includes "5G smartphones launched under the Rs 10,000 price segment on Flipkart." Therefore, we can expect the Infinix Hot 50 5G price in India to start from under Rs 10,000.

Infinix Hot 50 5G: What to Expect?

A Flipkart microsite dedicated to the Infinix Hot 50 5G has provided insights into its price range. A brief video teaser on this site confirms that the phone will be available exclusively through Flipkart in India. The promotional images suggest that the phone will come in at least three colours: blue, green, and light grey.

The handset will feature a vertical pill-shaped rear camera module and an IP54-rated build for dust and splash resistance. It will measure just 7.8mm in thickness, making it one of the slimmest options available in its segment. The Infinix Hot 50 5G will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage.

One standout feature is its 'Wet Touch' display capability, allowing users to interact with the screen even when it's wet with water droplets. The phone also boasts a TÜV SÜD certification for maintaining fluency over a span of five years (60 months). This certification ensures long-term performance stability for users.
