Infinix has officially dropped four new smartphones in Note 40 series. The line-up includes the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G, Note 40 Pro 5G, Note 40 Pro 4G, and vanilla Note 40 4G. As of now, the brand is yet to announce availability of the Infinix Note 40 series in India.

The Infinix Note 40 series features MediaTek chipsets, curved AMOLED displays, large batteries, fast charging support, the latest Android software, and triple-rear camera setups. Here's everything you need to know about the Infinix Note 40 series.

Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus Specifications

The Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Moreover, the handset also features an 11,428mm square graphite cooling area. It packs a 4,500 mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging and 20W wireless MagCharge.

The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ sports a 6.78-inch FHD+ Curved AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. The panel also supports a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming. For optics, the Note 40 Pro+ features a triple-rear camera setup with a 108 MP primary sensor with OIS support.

The main camera is paired with a 2 MP depth sensor and 2 MP macro unit. Up front, there's a 32 MP selfie camera. The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ runs Android 14-based XOS 14 with the brand promising two Android OS updates. The handset also comes with dual speakers fine-tuned by JBL, an in-display fingerprint reader, and an IP53 rating for resistance to dust and splashes of water.

Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G Specifications

The Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G features the same specifications as its 'Plus' sibling, including its chipset, display, front and rear cameras, software, and design. The key differences lie in the Note 40 Pro 5G's battery, which is now bigger at 5,000 mAh and charging support, which is slower at 45. However, the 20W wireless MagSafe charging is retained here.

The Infinix Note 40 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

The Note 40 Pro 4G variant retains the same display curved AMOELD display and battery capacity as its 5G counterpart. However, it opts for faster 70W wired fast charging and retains the MagSafe charging. It also has the same cameras, software, and design as the Note 40 Pro 5G.

The vanilla Note 40 4G retains all the best aspects of the Note 40 Pro, including the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, the 5,000 mAh battery with wired (45W) and MagSafe wireless (20W) fast charging, and software.

It also has the same 120Hz FHD+ AMOELD display but uses a flat panel. Lastly, the main 108 MP camera sensor is replaced with a different 1/1.52" ISOCELL sensor as opposed to the 1/1.67" sensor on the 'Pro' models.

Infinix Note 40 Series Pricing, Availability

The Infinix Note 40 price starts from $200 (roughly Rs 16,600), while the Note 40 Pro 4G starts from $260 (roughly Rs 21,600). On the other hand, the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G price starts from $290 (roughly Rs 24,050), while the Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus 5G features a starting price of $310 (roughly Rs 25,700).

The Infinix Note 40 is offered in Titan Gold and Obsidian Black shades, while the Note 40 Pro 4G model comes in Vintage Green and Titan Gold. On the other hand, the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G comes in Vintage Green and Titan Gold. Lastly, the Note 40 Pro+ is available in Obsidian Black and Vintage Green shades. The Infinix Note 40 series pricing and availability in India are yet to revealed.
