Infinix Note 50x Price Segment Tipped Ahead of Launch—Here’s What to Expect
Infinix is gearing up to launch the Note 50x on March 27, targeting budget-conscious gamers. According to a source (via), the smartphone is expected to be priced under ₹12,000 in India, making it an appealing option for those seeking affordable, smooth gaming performance.
Design and Camera
The Note 50x will come in three color options, with the green variant featuring a vegan leather back for a more premium feel. It’s also equipped with a 50MP primary camera, though details on additional lenses are yet to be confirmed.
Performance and Gaming Features
At the core of the Note 50x is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate SoC, which is designed for efficient performance and 90FPS gaming support. This makes it one of the few smartphones in its price range to offer high refresh rate gaming, potentially giving a smoother experience in supported titles.
The phone is also MIL-STD-810H certified, which suggests improved durability—something that could appeal to users who need a sturdy device.
Battery and Charging
The 5,500mAh “SolidCore” battery promises longevity, with a claimed 2,300 charge cycles before significant degradation. It also includes a 1% reserve charge feature that allows 2.2 hours of calling when the battery is nearly empty.
For charging, the Note 50x supports 45W fast charging and even comes with a charger in the box. It also features 10W reverse wired charging, meaning it can be used to power up other devices. Bypass charging is another useful addition, helping to keep the phone cooler while gaming.
Initial Thoughts
With its gaming-focused features, long battery life, and durable build, the Infinix Note 50x could be a solid option for budget-conscious users. The combination of performance and affordability makes it worth keeping an eye on when it launches.
