In the software department, the handset makes use of Android Pie OS and offers an XOS 5.5 user interface. It offers a fingerprint scanner at the back for security.

In terms of connectivity, the Infinix S5 Lite offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm audio port, and a microUSB port. The smartphone packs a 4,000 mAh battery which has become standard in the budget segment nowadays. The battery is backed by Xcharge fast charging technology.
