Intex Launched Aqua Classic at Rs 4,444: Specs, Features, Price, Competition and More

    Lately, Intex launched two entry-level smartphones such as Aqua View and Aqua Sense 5.1. Now, the company has launched another smartphone priced at Rs 4,444 in the Aqua series called Aqua Classic.

    The Intex Aqua Classic boasts a 5-inch FWVGA display that carries a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and layered with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. This smartphone is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz clock speed paired with 1 GB of RAM.

    Storage wise, the Intex Aqua Classic boasts 8 GB of internal memory capacity that can be expanded up to 32 GB using a micro SD card. There is a 5 MP main snapper at the back of the Intex phone and a VGA front-facer as well on board.

    A 2,100 mAh battery powers the Intex phone rendering up to 6 hours of talk time and 210 hours of standby time. There are connectivity features such as dual-SIM, 3G, Bluetooth, GPS, and Wi-Fi. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.

    When it comes to pre-loaded apps, the Intex Aqua Classic is pre-loaded with apps such as Mobikwik, Hike Messenger, Clean Master, Matrabhasha, Saavn, Opera Mini and Freecharge.

    Though this smartphone is entry-level, it lacks 4G LTE connectivity that the rest in its price range come packed with. For instance, the Reliance LYF lineup of smartphones come with 4G LTE despite being entry-level smartphones priced in the same range.
