Intex Aqua Power IV with 4G LTE and 4,000 mAh battery launched at Rs. 5,499
Intex Aqua Power IV runs the latest Android 7.0 Nougat and offers a big 4,000 mAh Li-Poly battery at a pocket friendly price of Rs 5,499
Indian smartphone maker Intex has expanded its budget product portfolio with the launch of Aqua Power IV. Priced at Rs. 5,499, the smartphone runs the latest Android 7.0 Nougat and comes packed with a large 4,000 mAh battery unit. Intex Aqua Power IV will be available in Gold and Black colour variants.
Besides the big 4,000 mAh battery unit and the latest Android OS, the other features and specifications of the handset might not please the smartphone enthusiasts in the Indian market. Intex Aqua Power IV sports a 5-inch FWVGA screen that gives a pixel density of 480x854 pixels. This display will only serve for basic everyday tasks and is not a perfect fit for multimedia playback and gaming.
The smartphone is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz that's paired with 1GB of RAM. The 1GB of RAM will only be good for basic level of multitasking.
As far as mobile photography is concerned, Intex Aqua Power IV comes with a 5MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. The front camera also comes with flash support. The front camera comes with features such as face-detection, HDR and Panorama.
The new budget smartphone from Intex comes with 16GB of built-in storage, which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The smartphone sports 4G LTE and comes pre-loaded with apps such as Xender, Vistoso, Gaana, Prime Video, etc.
Intex Aqua Power IV will face a tough competition from Xiaomi Redmi series of handsets that offer better specifications at somewhat similar price-point
