iPhone 15: Leak Suggests New iPhone to Launch In Three New Colours

When it comes to much talked about iPhone launches every year, the models, features and specifications aren't the only things people look forward to. One of the key things is the colour options Apple launches its products in.

The company, according to a new leak by a tipster, is going to launch the new iPhone 15 in three new shades! These are likely to be new ones, apart from the existing colours available for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus. Let's take a closer look.

iPhone 15: New Leak Suggests Three New Colour Options

A popular Apple tipster who goes by the name ShrimpApplePro (@VNchocoTaco) recently tweeted about new colour options that the upcoming iPhone 15 is expected to be available in.

He said the the three colours are expected to be Green, Pink, and Yellow (a lighter shade). These three will be in addition to the existing colour options - Midnight, Starlight, and Product (RED) that are already available. In total, the iPhone 15 is going to be launched in six colours, according to this leak.

If this is accurate, a key point to note is that Apple will then be saying goodbye to three presently available colours - the Blue, Purple, and darker Yellow options. Previously, rumours suggested that the new smartphone will be launched in a Light Blue colour option, but that seems to be nullified now.

There are no details officially available on the same. However, going by the usual tendency of the company, they might not launch all six options on the same day but save one for its Spring Refresh. Green was the new colour for iPhone 11 and then the iPhone 13 during the Refresh. Additionally, the iPhone 12 and iPhone 14 received variants in Purple and Yellow colours respectively.

iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Plus

When it comes to the iPhone 15 Pro, rumour mills have suggested that it will be launched in a new dark Blue colour with a grey shade. It will likely have a different brushed finish owing to titanium material. This new colour will likely be available in shades of Space Gray/Space Black, Silver, and Titanium Gray. Some add that Crimson Red is a possibility too.

Other speculations suggest that the top phone in the lineup, the iPhone 15 Pro Max, will be the most expensive iPhone ever. The phone is expected to come with a host of upgrades and even a titanium frame in place of the stainless steel frame.
