Earlier, Mark Gurman suggested that Apple would stick to its usual timeline for launching the next-gen iPhone 16 series, with September 10 being a likely date. However, users will need to update their devices to iOS 18.1 to access all Apple Intelligence features.

To recall, Apple launched the iPhone 15 and 14 series on September 12 and September 8, respectively.
