The iPhone 17 was launched at the "Awe Dropping" event today. The next-generation iPhone features a ProMotion display and is powered by the all-new A19 chip, delivering 20% faster performance compared to the iPhone 16. iPhone 17 Specifications

The iPhone 17 debuts in five stunning colors—Lavender, Mist Blue, Black, White, and Sage. In terms of specs, it sports a larger 6.3-inch ProMotion display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and an always-on mode.

It delivers up to 3000 nits of peak outdoor brightness and comes with Ceramic Shield 2, offering three times better scratch resistance. The A19 Bionic chip on the iPhone 17 is built on the most advanced 3nm process. The chipset packs a 6-core CPU with two performance and four efficiency cores, a 5-core GPU, and a 16-core Neural Engine for AI tasks.

The iPhone 17 runs on iOS 26 and supports Apple Intelligence features. For battery, the handset is claimed to offer up to 8 hours more video playback in just 10 minutes of charging.

For imaging, the iPhone 17 opts for a 48MP Fusion Main camera with a 2x optical-quality telephoto and a 48MP Fusion Ultra Wide camera. Upfront, it gets an 18MP Centre Stage selfie camera.
