iPhone SE 4 Leak Suggests Apple Might Bring Back the iPhone 7 Plus Design

Apple's budget-centric SE 4 model has been in talks for a while. Leaks and rumours have already given us a fair idea of what to expect from the upcoming iPhone SE 4.

Now, an alleged case of the iPhone SE 4 was spotted online, hinting at dual rear cameras as opposed to the single rear camera revealed via the previous leak. Let's take a look at what the new leak suggests.

iPhone SE 4 New Leak

Tipster Sonny Dickson posted images of the alleged silicon cases for the upcoming iPhone SE 4 cases, showing the handset's back panel design. The images hint that the upcoming SE 4 might have the same rear design as the old iPhone 7 Plus, which was launched back in 2017.

Even the next-gen SE model was spotted with a flat back panel and a camera cutout for dual sensors. If this appears to be true, the iPhone SE 4 will be the first in the SE series to feature dual cameras. However, previous leaks and rumours suggested the phone will have an iPhone 16-inspiration camera arrangement, featuring a single 48MP rear camera and a 12MP selfie camera.

In addition to the camera, the iPhone SE 4 is expected to incorporate the Dynamic Island feature for displaying notifications. The new SE model is also tipped to ship with Apple Intelligence like the iPhone 16 series models and the iPhone 15 Pro models.

Moreover, the iPhone SE 4 will likely sport an OLED display, an A18 processor, and 8GB of RAM at minimum. It is also expected to be priced under $500 (around Rs 41,000), making it an affordable option to ship with Apple Intelligence.

In a recent report by Bloomberg Mark Gurman revealed Apple could announce the iPhone SE 4 early next year. If the company follows the same timeline as the iPhone SE 2022, it might arrive in March. However, we'd recommend you take this piece of information with a pinch of salt.
