iQOO 11S Memory, Colour variants revealed ahead of launch

iQOO is gearing up to launch a new flagship smartphone soon. The iQOO 11S was recently teased in an official Weibo post, confirming key aspects of the device's design.

Now, renowned tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed more aspects of the iQOO 11S, including its storage configuration and colour options ahead of the launch.

iQOO 11S Memory, Colour Versions

As of now, no official iQOO 11S launch date has been provided, although we can expect the phone to arrive at around about the same time as the Vivo X90s. To recall, the Vivo X90s was recently teased to launch later this week on June 26.

According to the tipster, the iQOO 11S will come in four memory combinations, including 12GB/256GB, 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and the top-end model, which will arrive with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Moreover, the device will use LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

Apart from the memory configurations, the tipster also noted that the iQOO 11S will arrive in three colour options - the Legendary version (Black), Track version (White), and Qiantang Tingchao, which was the cyan shade teased last week.

iQOO 11S Specification (Expected)

The iQOO 11S is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The phone will likely pack a 4,700 mAh battery with up to 200W fast charging support. It will also sport a 6.76-inch E6 AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.

For optics, the iQOO 11S will get a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50 MP Sony IMX866V sensor at the helm with OIS support. The main camera will be paired with an 8 MP ultrawide unit and a 13 MP telephoto lens. On the software side, the iQOO 11S will boot Android 13 with Origin OS 3.0 on top.
