The iQOO 12 5G Anniversary Edition is set to go on sale in India for the first time today via Amazon. It is worth noting that there are no differences in specifications between the iQOO 12 5G and the new Anniversary Edition variant.

The main and only difference is that this special edition version features a Dessert Red back panel that boasts a vegan leather finish. To recall, the iQOO 12 5G was unveiled in India back in December 2023 as the first smartphone to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip in the country.

The iQOO 12 5G Anniversary Edition goes on sale in India at 12 noon today via Amazon and iQOO's official website. The iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition price in India starts from Rs 52,999.

The iQOO 12 price in India starts from Rs 52,999 for the base 12GB/256GB model, while the 16GB/512GB configuration costs Rs 57,999. The iQOO 12 was originally unveiled in Alpha and Legend color options.

Customers who purchase the iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition through HDFC Bank, SBI, and an ICICI Bank cards will get a flat discount of Rs 3,000. iQOO is also offering a No Cost EMI payment option for up to nine months. Before we dive into the specifications, here's a look at the iQOO Anniversary sale.

The iQOO 12 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Accompanying the Snapdragon SoC is a dedicated e-sports Q1 chip for an enhanced gaming experience. iQOO's flagship smartphone is equipped with 5,000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

The iQOO 12 runs Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14. iQOO also promises year major Android OS updates and four years of regular security updates with its latest flagship smartphone. The iQOO 12 sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits.

The panel also boasts an adaptive 144Hz refresh rate and supports HDR10+ as well as 2160Hz High frequency PWM dimming. For optics, the iQOO 12 boasts a triple-camera setup with a 50 MP 1/1.3-inch light tracing primary sensor. The main camera is paired with a 50 MP ultrawide lens and a 64 MP periscope-telephoto sensor with an f/2.57 aperture, OIS support, and 100x digital zoom.

Up front, there's a 16 MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 7, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and more. The iQOO 12 also features an IP64 rating for protection against dust and water. The phone also features an in-display fingerprint reader and Wet Touch technology.
