iQOO 13 Launch Date in India Confirmed for December 3: Check Expected Price and Full Specifications

The iQOO 13 recently got an official launch date in India. To recall, the iQOO 13 made its debut in China last week as the second smartphone to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. However, no official launch date for the iQOO 13 in India was provided, until now.

The iQOO 13 features a flagship Snapdragon chipset, an LTPO OLED display, a versatile triple-camera setup, the latest Android 15 software, and a massive battery with fast charging support.

iQOO 13 Launch Date, Expected Pricing in India

According to an official post on X, the iQOO 13 launch date in India is set for December 3, 2024. Following the launch, the iQOO 13 will be available for purchase through Amazon India as an official page for the phone has already gone live on the e-commerce platform.

While the specifications of the iQOO 13 are readily available, its price is still under wraps in India. To recall, the iQOO 13 price in China starts from CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs 47,200), which is a marginal hike over the iQOO 12.

We believe, the iQOO 13 price in India could start from under Rs 60,000 (Between Rs 55,000 - Rs 60,000). It will also debut as the second smartphone in India to incorporate the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, following the Realme GT 7 Pro announcement on November 26.

iQOO 13 Specifications

The iQOO 13 is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, coupled with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra Quad Channel RAM and a maximum of 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The device features a 7K VC cooling system with a new dual-drive heat spreader design, enhancing heat dissipation. Additionally, it includes a Q2 gaming chip, enabling gameplay at 144fps with 2K super-resolution.

The smartphone sports a 6.82-inch 2K 8T LTPO OLED display, offering an adaptive refresh rate from 1Hz to 144Hz and a pixel density of 510 PPI. The panel supports HDR, reaches a peak brightness of 1,800 nits, and includes 2592Hz high-frequency PWM dimming with multiple eye protection features.

For photography, the iQOO 13 boasts a triple-camera setup on the rear, led by a 50MP Sony IMX921 sensor (f/1.88, OIS, 1/1.49"). It is accompanied by a 50MP ultrawide lens (f/2.0) and a 50MP Sony IMX816 telephoto shooter with a 4x lossless zoom (f/1.85). On the front, there's a 32MP selfie camera (f/2.45).

Powering the device is a 6,150 mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging. It also features stereo speakers with Hi-Fi audio, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and a 'Monster Halo' LED ring around the camera lenses with 72 customizable effects. The iQOO 13 runs on Android 15-based OriginOS 5 and comes with an IP68+IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
