iQOO 15 Ultra Launch Date Set for February 4: Check Specifications and Key Features
After a series of teasers, iQOO has confirmed the launch of the iQOO 15 Ultra on February 4 in China. The device marks the company’s first entry into the Ultra segment and is positioned as a gaming-focused flagship.

While iQOO has officially revealed some details, several additional specifications have surfaced through leaks. Together, they offer an early look at how the brand is shaping its top-tier smartphone.
A New Design Language for the Ultra Series
iQOO says the iQOO 15 Ultra will feature a “Future Capsule” camera module design along with “Energy Blade” lighting effects.
The company also highlights a new Fiber-based texture that forms a hexagonal honeycomb pattern across the back panel. According to iQOO, the design is meant to reflect performance-oriented aesthetics and a futuristic visual identity.
Another design element mentioned by the brand is a hidden air intake structure, which it describes as a new approach to aesthetic design. Beyond visuals, this detail hints at a focus on thermal management, although iQOO has not shared technical specifics.
Confirmed Hardware: Snapdragon and Q3 Chip
iQOO has confirmed the use of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and says the iQOO 15 Ultra has crossed 4.5 million score on AnTuTu.
The company has also revealed the presence of a Q3 chip, though it has not detailed its exact role. Given iQOO’s gaming positioning, this secondary chip is likely intended to support performance-related tasks, but official clarification is still limited.
Leaked Specifications
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the iQOO 15 Ultra could feature a 6.85-inch 2K LTPO Samsung flat display and a 32MP front camera.

The leak also suggests a triple rear camera setup with three 50MP sensors, including a 3X telephoto lens. Other reported features include up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage, pressure-sensitive gaming triggers, dual speakers, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and a large 7400mAh battery with 100W wireless charging.
