iQOO 15T Launch Confirmed Alongside iQOO Pad 6 Pro and TWS 5i: Check Expected Specifications & Features

iQOO is gearing up to unveil a new smartphone in China soon. The iQOO 15T is expected to make its debut sometime this month or early next month, although international availability is yet to be confirmed. It will debut alongside the iQOO Pad 6 Pro and iQOO TWS 5i.

iQOO 15T Pre-Order Benefits

iQOO has already begun teasing the design of its upcoming iQOO 15T, Pad 6 Pro, and TWS 5i through promotional images. iQOO is also offering several pre-order benefits in China for its upcoming devices.

Some of these benefits include extended warranty support, battery-related benefits and trade-in offers. While the teasers only highlights the camera module and colour profile of the iQOO 15T, tipster Digital Chat Station recently revealed the specifications of the handset.

iQOO 15T Specifications: What to Expect

A recent leak from tipster Digital Chat Station suggests that the upcoming iQOO 15T could adopt a design similar to the iQOO 15 Ultra. An alleged live image of the rear panel showcases a square-shaped camera module alongside a flat metal frame. On the front, the smartphone is tipped to feature a 6.83-inch flat 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

Under the hood, the iQOO 15T is expected to be powered by MediaTek's upcoming Dimensity 9500 chipset, reportedly built on TSMC's second-generation 3nm architecture. For photography, the device may include a 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 primary sensor with OIS and full-pixel autofocus support. It is also rumoured to support 8K video recording.

The smartphone could pack a massive 8,000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging support. Additional expected features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, IP68 and IP69 durability ratings, and an X-axis linear motor for improved haptics.

iQOO Pad 6 Pro and TWS 5i Also Teased Ahead of Launch

Alongside the iQOO 15T, the company has also teased the iQOO Pad 6 Pro in a green colour option, showcasing a slim profile and a circular dual-camera setup. iQOO is additionally offering exchange and accessory-related benefits for early buyers in China.

Reports suggest the tablet could feature a 13.2-inch 4K LCD display powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. It may also pack a massive 13,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging support and is expected to resemble the Vivo Pad 6 Pro launched earlier this year in China. Meanwhile, the iQOO TWS 5i earbuds are teased with 50-hour battery life and a 42ms low-latency gaming mode.
