iQOO 15T Launching on May 20 Alongside the iQOO Pad 6 Pro: Full Specifications & Features Revealed

iQOO is gearing up to unveil a new flagship smartphone in China soon. The iQOO 15T will be unveiled next week alongside the iQOO Pad 6 Pro and TWS 5i earbuds. Ahead of the launch, iQOO has also confirmed the specifications of its upcoming flagship.

The iQOO 15T will feature a MediaTek chipset, a 2K OLED display, a 200MP dual-camera setup, a massive silicon carbon battery with super-fast charging support, and a dedicated Q3 gaming chip.

The iQOO 15T launch date in China is set for May 20 at 07:00 pm local time or 04:30 IST. It is unclear whether the iQOO 15T will be unveiled outside China, although it will be accompanied by the iQOO Pad 6 Pro and iQOO TWS 5i earbuds.

The upcoming iQOO 15T is shaping up to be one of the most powerful flagship smartphones from the brand, with a strong focus on gaming, performance, and battery life. The device will feature a massive 6.82-inch 2K OLED display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, promising an immersive viewing and gaming experience.

Powering the smartphone will be MediaTek's new Dimensity 9500 chipset paired with a dedicated Q3 gaming chip, Arm Mali-G1 Ultra MP12 GPU, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 4.1 storage for flagship-grade performance.

On the camera front, the iQOO 15T is confirmed to feature a 200MP Samsung HP5 primary sensor with OIS support alongside a 50MP ultra-wide camera setup. For selfies and video calls, the device includes a 16MP front camera. The phone will boot Android 16-based Origin OS 6 out of the box.

One of the biggest highlights is its massive 8,000mAh silicon carbon battery, which supports 100W wired fast charging. Additional features include dual stereo speakers, a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance ratings. Despite the large battery, the phone measures just 8.25mm in thickness and weighs 216 grams. The premium build is further enhanced by a metal frame design.

Alongside the iQOO 15T, the company is also preparing to launch the iQOO Pad 6 Pro, a flagship Android tablet focused on productivity, entertainment, and gaming. The tablet is expected to feature a large 13.2-inch 3:2 IPS LCD display with 4K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 1200 nits high brightness mode support, making it ideal for multimedia consumption and creative work.

The iQOO Pad 6 Pro will reportedly be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with the Adreno 840 GPU. It is expected to ship with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for faster multitasking and app loading speeds. The tablet will run Android 16-based Origin OS 6 designed specifically for tablets.'

For optics, the device is said to feature a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera for video calls and basic photography. The tablet packs a huge 13,000mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging via a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port.

Additional highlights include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, an octa-speaker setup, stylus support, and compatibility with an external keyboard. Despite its large screen and battery, the tablet is expected to measure only 6.18mm thick and weigh 663 grams.
