iQOO 16 Complete Specifications Leaked Ahead of Launch: LPDDR6 RAM, UFS 5.0, and More
A fresh iQOO 16 leak just landed, and it points to one of the most loaded flagship spec sheets we've seen tipped this cycle. The tip comes from Debayan Roy on X, and it covers nearly every part of the phone, from the display panel to the haptics motor.
Here's a rundown of what's on the list.

Display and Design
The iQOO 16 is tipped to use a 2K flat LTPO OLED with either 165Hz or 185Hz refresh rate. The panel is said to be a Samsung OLED with a new luminous material, which usually translates to higher peak brightness and better efficiency.
The leak also mentions symmetrical ultra-thin bezels, so iQOO seems to be chasing that uniform border look that flagships have been moving toward.
Chipset, Memory, and Storage
Under the hood, the phone is expected to run the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro. The leak pairs it with LPDDR6 RAM and possibly UFS 5.0 storage, which would put the iQOO 16 on the cutting edge of mobile memory and storage standards.
There's also a mention of full-screen ray tracing, hinting that gaming and graphics workloads are a big focus this generation.
Camera Setup
The rear is tipped to carry a triple 50MP setup. The main sensor is a 1/1.3 inch unit with OIS, and it's joined by a 50MP ultrawide and a 50MP periscope telephoto.
Battery and Charging
This is where things get spicy. The leak mentions a roughly 8500mAh battery, which would be one of the larger packs on a mainstream flagship. Charging is tipped at around 100W wireless. Wired speed isn't called out in the leak.
Other Hardware Bits
A few smaller details round out the tip. There's a 0916 haptics motor described as a high-quality unit, symmetrical dual stereo speakers, IP69 rating, USB 3.2, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and an improved vapor chamber for cooling.
It's a lot to take in, and as always at this stage, individual specs can shift before launch. Still, if the broad strokes hold up, the iQOO 16 looks like it's being built to compete at the very top of the Android stack.
