iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Design & Key Specifications Revealed Ahead of Next Week's Launch: iQOO Z11S Will Tag Along

iQOO is gearing up to launch two new smartphones in China. The company has confirmed that the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra and iQOO Z11S will debut on August 18. Ahead of the launch, iQOO has revealed the design and several key specifications of both devices. While the Neo 11 Ultra is positioned as a performance-focused flagship, the Z11S will focus heavily on battery life and display comfort.

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Specifications

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will feature a 6.83-inch flat 2K display and a massive 9,100mAh battery. This will make it the first smartphone in the Neo series to feature a battery of this capacity. iQOO is also highlighting improvements in eye comfort, durability and network stability.

The smartphone is expected to support 100W wired fast charging and could feature a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. It is also tipped to carry IP68 and IP69 ratings, although these details are yet to be officially confirmed.

In terms of design, the Neo 11 Ultra features a horizontal dual-camera module with two sensors positioned side by side. The LED flash sits separately on the right. The phone will be available in Light White, Shadow Black and Wind Chaser colours, with the latter featuring a flowing pattern on the rear panel.

The smartphone is expected to be powered by a customised version of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, reportedly paired with an 11-core Mali G1-Ultra GPU. Memory options are expected to include 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB and 16GB+512GB.

iQOO Z11S Specifications

The iQOO Z11S will stand out with an even larger 10,000mAh battery, making it iQOO's first smartphone to enter the 10,000mAh category. The company has also confirmed a 144Hz display and is emphasising eye-care features.

The Z11S is expected to feature a 6.83-inch screen with full-brightness DC-like dimming and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. The display is also said to have SGS certifications for low blue light and low flicker.

The phone features a vertically arranged dual-camera setup inside a rectangular module, with the flash positioned alongside it. It will reportedly be available in White, Black and pale Green colour options.

The Z11S could be the V2603A model spotted on Geekbench, which reportedly featured the Dimensity 7500 chipset, 12GB RAM and Android 16. A 44W charger has also appeared in its 3C certification, although iQOO has not confirmed these specifications yet. Both smartphones will launch in China on August 18, with pricing and additional specifications expected to be revealed at the event.
