iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Launched with MediaTek Dimensity 9500M, 9100mAh Battery, 2K 144Hz OLED Display

iQOO has officially launched its latest gaming-focused smartphone, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra, in China. The new Neo-series handset stands out with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500M chipset and a massive 9,100mAh battery, making it one of the most performance-oriented smartphones in its segment.

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is positioned as a premium mid-range gaming smartphone, combining a high-refresh-rate display, dedicated gaming hardware and fast charging with a large battery.

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Specifications

The smartphone is the first device to feature MediaTek's Dimensity 9500M processor, paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It also gets iQOO's custom Q2 gaming chip, which can upscale supported games to 2K resolution.

For sustained gaming performance, the phone features an 8K Ice Dome vapour chamber designed to manage heat during extended gaming sessions.

On the front is a 6.83-inch 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness in specific areas and a 500Hz touch sampling rate. The combination is aimed at delivering smooth visuals and responsive controls during fast-paced games.

The biggest highlight of the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is its 9,100mAh silicon-carbon battery, the largest battery capacity seen on an iQOO Neo-series smartphone.

Despite the huge battery, the device measures just 9.13mm thick. It supports 100W wired fast charging, while iQOO claims up to 13 hours of continuous gaming and 23 hours of video playback.

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Camera and Design

For photography, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra features a 50MP primary camera with OIS, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera. A 16MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.

The camera setup does not include a telephoto sensor, highlighting iQOO's focus on gaming, battery life and display performance.

The phone features an aluminium frame and carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It also gets an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra runs OriginOS 6 out of the box and is available in Wind Chaser, Black and White colour options.

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Price in China

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra starts at 3,399 yuan, approximately Rs. 42,000, for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The top-end model with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage costs 4,399 yuan, roughly Rs. 54,000.

There is currently no official confirmation regarding the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra's launch date or pricing in India. With its Dimensity 9500M chipset, 9,100mAh battery and 144Hz 2K display, the smartphone is clearly aimed at users who prioritise gaming and endurance over camera versatility.
