iQOO Neo 11S Price, Launch Timeline Revealed Ahead of Launch: MediaTek Dimensity 9500, 8,000mAh Battery Tipped

The iQOO Neo 11S appears to be inching closer to its official debut. A fresh leak has revealed the smartphone's expected launch timeline, along with key details about its pricing, variants, and hardware.

The handset is tipped to debut in China in August as a more premium offering than the standard iQOO Neo 11, with a global rollout, including India, expected at a later date. While iQOO has yet to confirm the device officially, recent benchmark listings and certification appearances suggest that the launch could be just around the corner.

iQOO Neo 11S Expected Price, Variants

According to recent leaks, the iQOO Neo 11S could start at CNY 3,000 (roughly Rs. 42,800) in China.

The smartphone is expected to be available in multiple RAM and storage configurations, including 12GB and 16GB RAM options paired with 256GB and 512GB storage variants. It is also tipped to launch in White, Black, and Wind Chaser colour options.

iQOO Neo 11S Specifications (Expected)

The iQOO Neo 11S is expected to feature a 6.8-inch flat 2K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, making it well-suited for gaming and high-refresh-rate content.

Powering the handset could be MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 chipset, reportedly using an underclocked version of the processor. A recent Geekbench listing associated with model number V2545A revealed impressive benchmark scores of 3,395 in the single-core test and 10,312 in the multi-core test. The smartphone is also expected to ship with Android 16 out of the box.

One of the biggest highlights is likely to be its 8,000mAh battery, which is tipped to support 100W wired fast charging. The charging speed has reportedly been corroborated by a recent 3C certification listing.

For durability, the handset is expected to carry an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It is also tipped to feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for faster and more secure authentication.
