iQOO has officially launched a new smartphone in its Neo series in India. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro debuts as the most affordable smartphone with the flagship-grade Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

In India, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is set to compete with the OnePlus 12R and the Oppo Reno 11 Pro. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro offers a ton of value in the sub-40K smartphone segment with its Snapdragon 8 series chip, LTPO AMOLED display, massive battery with super-fast charging, and flagship-grade primary camera sensor.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro price in India starts from Rs 35,999 for the base 8GB/128GB variant. Moreover, the phone is also offered in an 8GB/256GB and a 12GB/256GB configuration that will set you back Rs Rs 37,999 and 39,999, respectively.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro comes in Fiery Red (Vegan Leather) and Conqueror Black (AG Glass) color options. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro will go on sale in India tomorrow (February 23) at 12 noon via Amazon and the iQOO Store. However, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is already up for pre-booking.

As part of a launch offer, iQOO is offering a discount of Rs 1,000 on all models of the Neo 9 Pro until February 26. Customers can also get an instant discount of Rs 2,000 on the purchase of the handset with HDFC or ICICI Bank debit/credit cards or EMI transactions. Additionally, iQOO is also offering exchange bonuses up to Rs 4,000.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro runs Android 14-based FuntouchOS 14 out of the box with the brand promising three major OS updates and four years of regular security updates.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The panel boasts an adaptive 144Hz refresh rate (1Hz - 144Hz) and 2160Hz PWM dimming. The screen also supports HDR10+ and a pixel density of 452 PPI. It also packs a 5,160mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

For optics, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro features a customized 50 MP Sony VCS IMX920 primary sensor with OIS and an 8 MP OmniVision OV08D10 ultrawide sensor.
