iQOO Neo 9 Series Key Specifications Confirmed Ahead of December 27 Launch
The iQOO Neo 9 series is making its debut in China on December 27. The line-up will include the iQOO Neo 9 and iQOO Neo 9 Pro. The two devices will include flagship-grade MediaTek and Qualcomm chipsets.
However, ahead of the launch, iQOO has been revealing several details about its upcoming Neo 9 series, including details about the chipset, design, display, etc. Here's everything you need to know about the iQOO Neo 9 series.

iQOO Neo 9 Series Launch Date
The iQOO Neo 9 series launch date in China is set for December 27 at 07:00 pm local time or 04:30 pm IST. The Chinese smartphone maker will also unveil the iQOO Watch and iQOO TWS 1e earbuds alongside the Neo 9 series.
As of now, the brand is yet to reveal the launch date of the iQOO Neo 9 series in China. However, tipster Mukul Sharma recently said he could "confirm that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro" would be launching in India soon, somewhere in January 2024.
iQOO Neo 9 Series Specifications (Confirmed)
The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC paired with a dedicated Q1 chip to improve frame rates in games. The iQOO Neo 9 will also feature the Q1 chip but opt for a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Moreover, the phones also come with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
The iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro will also be equipped with a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. The iQOO Neo 9 series will pack a 5,160 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. Moreover, the iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro will also feature a 6K VC liquid-cooled 3D heat dissipation system.
The iQOO Neo 9 series will feature a 50 MP Sony IMX920 primary camera sensor with OIS support. The iQOO Neo 9 series will arrive in Red and White Soul, Nautical Blue, and Fighting Black color options.
iQOO Neo 9 Series Specifications (Expected)
The main camera on the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is expected to be paired with a 50 MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens, while the vanilla iQOO Neo 9 will be downgraded to an 8 MP ultrawide shooter. Both phones are also expected to feature an in-display fingerprint reader. The iQOO Neo 9 series could also feature a 16 MP front camera.
