iQOO Z10x 5G Surfaces on BIS Listing—India Launch Around the Corner?
iQOO is getting ready to introduce its Z10 series, a follow-up to its mid-range Z9 lineup, and the latest hint comes from a BIS certification listing.
The iQOO Z10x 5G has been spotted on India's Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) database, signaling that the phone is nearing its official launch.

BIS Certification Confirms iQOO Z10x 5G is on the Way
The BIS listing, first spotted by MySmartPrice, reveals a new iQOO smartphone with the model number I2404. While the certification doesn't provide details about the phone's specs, the IMEI database confirms that this model will launch as the iQOO Z10x 5G.
For those familiar with how smartphone launches work, BIS certification is one of the final regulatory steps before a device is officially unveiled in India. This suggests that iQOO could announce the Z10x 5G in the coming weeks.
What to Expect from the iQOO Z10x 5G
While iQOO hasn't officially revealed any details about the Z10x 5G, we can take cues from its predecessor, the iQOO Z9x 5G, which launched in May 2024. That device featured a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, and up to 8GB of RAM.
The Z9x 5G also packed a 50MP primary camera, a 2MP secondary lens, and an 8MP selfie camera. One of its standout features was a massive 6,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging.
If iQOO continues along the same path, we can expect the Z10x 5G to feature a similar display, a large battery, and an improved chipset. Given how competitive the mid-range smartphone market has become, iQOO might also bring upgrades in charging speed, camera capabilities, or overall performance.
Other iQOO Z10 Series Phones Also Surface
Interestingly, the iQOO Z10x 5G isn't the only upcoming device from the brand. Two other models, the iQOO Z10 Turbo and iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro, were recently spotted in Geekbench listings, revealing some early details.
- The iQOO Z10 Turbo is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset.
- The iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro could feature Qualcomm's unannounced Snapdragon 8s Elite chipset.
Both phones are expected to offer up to 12GB of RAM and run Android 15 out of the box. While it's still unclear when Qualcomm will officially launch the Snapdragon 8s Elite, the fact that it's already showing up in benchmarks suggests an announcement could be coming soon.
When Will iQOO Launch the Z10x 5G?
With BIS certification now confirmed, it's likely that iQOO will announce the Z10x 5G in the coming months. The brand has yet to make any official statements about the launch timeline, but if past releases are any indication, we could see the phone debut sometime in early 2025.
