iQOO Z10x Pops Up on Geekbench with Dimensity 7300, May Launch Alongside iQOO Z10

With the iQOO Z10 set to launch on April 11, attention is quietly shifting toward another upcoming model in the lineup—the iQOO Z10x. While the company has made no official announcement about this second device, a recent Geekbench listing has brought some key details to light, hinting that the Z10x might not be far behind.

iQOO Z10x Pops Up on Geekbench with Dimensity 7300 Chip

Z10x Appears on Geekbench With Dimensity 7300 and Android 15

A smartphone identified by the model number vivo I2404—widely believed to be the iQOO Z10x—was recently spotted on Geekbench. For those unfamiliar, iQOO is a sub-brand of vivo, which explains the vivo prefix in the model number.

According to the benchmark listing, the device scored 1008 in single-core and 2878 in multi-core tests. The phone runs Android 15, likely skinned with iQOO’s custom Funtouch OS 15, and packs 8GB of RAM. It’s powered by an octa-core processor, featuring four performance cores clocked at 2.5 GHz and four efficiency cores at 2.0 GHz.

These specs align closely with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 SoC, a midrange chipset paired with the Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, designed for everyday performance and power efficiency. While Geekbench doesn’t reveal more about the phone’s hardware, its appearance suggests a launch could be imminent—possibly in the weeks following the Z10 release.

The Z10 is Confirmed, and Here’s What It Brings

In contrast, the iQOO Z10 has been officially confirmed and will debut on April 11. It’s set to launch with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, a capable midrange SoC that balances performance with battery efficiency.

One standout feature is the Z10’s quad-curved display, which is expected to hit a peak brightness of 5,000 nits—an unusual figure for a midrange device. The phone will also house a 7,300 mAh battery, coupled with 90W fast charging, a spec that suggests iQOO is targeting users who value battery endurance without long charging times.

The Z10 will be available in two color options: Stellar Black and Glacier Silver.

A Dual Strategy: Snapdragon for Z10, MediaTek for Z10x?

The choice of two different chipsets for the Z10 and Z10x hints at a possible tiered strategy. With the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 powering the main model and MediaTek Dimensity 7300 likely driving the Z10x, iQOO could be aiming to offer similar designs and software experiences at slightly varied performance and price points.

This approach mirrors what many brands are doing to cater to a broader user base—keeping the aesthetics and experience consistent while adjusting internal hardware to meet different budget brackets.
