We recently reported that iQOO would be dropping a new phone in India this month. While rumors previously pointed to the launch of the iQOO Z11, the brand just confirmed that it will be unveiling the iQOO Z11 Lite in the country in July.

A recent post on X by iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya has confirmed that the iQOO Z11 Lite will launch in India soon. While the teaser stops short of revealing specifications, it offers a first look at the phone's rear design and confirms that the device is aimed at students and Gen-Z consumers.

The iQOO Z11 Lite is launching in India in the coming weeks, although we can expect an official date next week. The iQOO Z11 Lite price in India is expected to start from under Rs 20,000, sitting just under the iQOO Z11x, which currently starts at Rs 22,999 in the country.

Official promotional assets reveal a distinct rear design featuring a vertical camera assembly. To its right, there is an LED flash. A glowing circular notification ring sits directly underneath. iQOO claims this upcoming model comes integrated with helpful AI-driven features.

iQOO Z11 Lite Specifications (Expected)

The iQOO Z11 Lite will likely retain some previous components. It is expected to use the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. It might also keep the 6.74-inch LCD screen with a notch. However, the battery changes provide a major upgrade.

The device is rumored to pack a massive 6,500mAh energy cell. That marks a huge performance boost over the predecessor. This battery should support much faster 44W fast charging. Additionally, it will offer an IP65 rating for dust and water protection.

For photography, expect a 50MP main rear sensor and a 5MP selfie camera. Beside this model, iQOO is reportedly developing a standard Z11 variant. That premium version may feature an OLED display and a faster Dimensity 7500 chip.
